Contrary to what people thought that Vietnam Avaition was not developed well enough, it’s true that it has developed since 1956 when the Vietnam Civil Aviation Department and Vietnam Airlines – the national flag carrier were established by the Government, marking the birth of the civil aviation industry in Vietnam.Beginning with non-regular services between two domestic destinations, today its network extends to 20 cities throughout the country and 40 international destinations in the USA, Europe, Australia and Asia (including code-share services).
